This community is an extension of the Troll universe in which we can post ridiculous nonsense about working out, and keep it far from the prying eyes of those whom would seek to destroy- I mean ruin the fun for the rest of us. Bottom line: this is a positive environment for talking about fitness and all of the hoopla which accompanies it.
